From Disney Darling to…

I cannot believe that I am writing this. Virtually the entire world saw Miley Cyrus’s performance at the MTV Awards and I actually felt embarrassment for her. Her parents have to be mortified. Is she really that starved for attention? And what was the whole teddy bear thing? It’s almost like she’s stuck between rebellious teenager and adult. I wondered if she was on something or maybe needs some mental health help.
No one should really be surprised to see this kind of behavior, and worse, from this generation and the one’s to follow. We have become a society that is pandering to the least common denominator. That should not be a big surprise, either. Political correctness has insidiously invaded every facet of our lives. Slowly tearing away at the moral fiber that has kept this country strong. everyone, almost exclusively Caucasians, are afraid to speak up and tell the truth for fear of ‘offending’ someone.

U.S. Sues Texas

Obviously someone has missed the ‘Don’t mess with Texas’ phrase. Suing Texas is the first mistake. Texas will do whatever she damn well pleases whether you like it or not. So many states are battling the problem of illegal aliens, but very few are faced with the problem like Texas, except, maybe Arizona. It is only common sense to put laws in place that require legal identification in order to vote. This is not a civil rights issue. This is a common sense issue. You are either legal with legal identification or you’re not and should be deported. This is a simple issue being made into a massive issue.
You have to wonder what the real purpose is behind this lawsuit.

Are Americans Really This Lazy?

Seriously give my question some thought before getting ticked off at my audacity. We moan and groan over coffee about the government. We glance over the newspaper and “what a shame” might go through our minds. Television, radio, computer sites, all this noise competing for our attention. When was the last time you actually heard the sound of silence? When was the last time you actually contemplated the future? If you have not done so, now is the time…before it is too late.

In January 2009, a political coup took place. Quietly, insidiously, like a cancer, it has been taking over every facet of our lives. There is not a single part of your life that some form of government is not already screwing up. Do you realize that the IRS is going to be implementing and overseeing Obamacare? The IRS! I think I’d prefer the NSA covert ops. This is just one example in the mountain of examples of how badly and how quickly we are sliding. There are things that we can all do to stop this before we are buried alive.

Visit government websites. Whitehouse.gov, pay close attention to the Executive Orders and the archives. Libraryofcongress.gov, State.gov for the Department of State, DHS.gov, FBI.gov, anyone can find almost every governmental agency’s website. It’s all there, follow the trail from site to site. When you come to something you are not familiar with, look it up, and it will lead you to even more information. This is how you find the truth.

Now there is a website called Renewamerica.com that has provided me with leads to follow. Go to www.renewamerica.com look for “A Bucket Brigade: the Most Simple, Feasible Way to Take Back America!”, by: Dr. Alan Keyes. His recomendations are viable solutions in the 2014 elections. I have a nominee that would be perfect, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R) South Carolina. See the following clip, in 2010, he castigated the IRS in a Committee Meeting. http://www.ijreview.com/2013/06/57694-must-watch-south -carolina-rep-shows-what-a-real-politician-sounds-like/ Actually, a politician is the last thing this man sounds like.

Finally, I have one more clip that I highly recommend…if this does not motivate you…nothing will. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfHSPLW63Gg

Obama did not lie when he promised change.
